“The Santizo Brothers are experienced and do excellent work and were an absolute pleasure to work with. They promptly responded and showed up and performed much needed work on the HVAC system in my 1962 built home to increase efficiency, and improve air flow in the house, by creating a new and larger cold air return, enlarging some floor registers, repairing a break in the duct work under the house, etc. They made appropriate suggestions of how I might want to further improve the system in the future, but did not try to upsell me or overcharge me on the work I needed done now. They were terrific and I recommend them highly to anyone who wants an experienced, honest, fair and affordable HVAC company to work with. What an improvement they have made to my home!”
“I decided to finally replace my old 20+ year HVAC unit and went thru Yelp to get some project estimates. Because it had been so long since I purchased my original HVAC unit, I just wanted to get a rough idea on how much such a project would cost these days by providing my current HVAC models and photos. Every company that responded to me on Yelp was not very informative or helpful in just providing me a rought estimate on how much a rough estimate on a new HVAC system would cost without wanting to come out to my house first. Santizo Heating was the exception... Abraham called me that same day, asked me a few follow up questions over the phone and provided me a rough estimate that same evening. Very knowledgable and did not even try to upsell me on a more expensive unit. Abraham just recommended to me what was the best fit for the size of my house and provided me several options for me to pick from. He walked me thru step by step their installation process and documented it as well in his written quote to me. I also told him that I am looking for a company that can do the project on weekends only and Santizo Heating was able to accomodate and got the job done that same Saturday. In regards to the work quality, Santizo Heating was very timely, clean and thorough with their cleanup when they were done. Besides taking care of the permits as well, Abraham even took the time to send me links for potential energy star rebates.
